There's also not a whole lot of tiles, so it wouldn't take a huge amount of time to sort out, unlike trying to get XP into Ace's format. The autotiles may be in the XP formatting style, but they all hug the edges instead of taking advantage of the room, so they could probably be popped into the MV format without many issues. I don't think the tiles would be hard to do.
